Common issues

Prefix, role height, music bots, and tickets.

Commands do not respond

Check the prefix with ,prefix. The default is a comma. If near is muted or cannot see the channel, it will not reply.

near says I am missing a permission

Staff tools need Discord Administrator, antinuke admin, or a fake permission on a role you hold. Member reward roles do not unlock moderation. Grant access with ,fp add.

Mutes, roles, or vanity do not apply

near's role has to sit above the roles it manages. Drag it up in Server Settings, Roles.

Music is silent

Run ,addbots and approve each music bot. Join a voice channel, then ,play. The main near invite does not sit in voice.

The dashboard does not say Configure

Only the Discord owner and antinuke admins see Configure. Sign in with that account.

Did an update change my server?

No. Updates never rewrite your roles or channels. Run ,reload when you want the latest filter and antilink updates.

My ticket was closed right away

You can hold one open ticket. Put your server ID in the first field. Close an old ticket before opening another.

I got an Error Code embed

Copy the 0x code. Open a ticket. Put your server ID first, then the code. Do not send a stack trace. The embed does not include one.

I cannot share my voice channel

Only the owner can run ,vc share. The other person has to already be in that call. Bots and people who already hold the room cannot be added.

Filter and antilink are not the same

,filter blocks slurs, scams, and severe content. ,antilink blocks invite links. Turn on the one you need, or both.

How do I see if near is down?

Open the status page. Live health is only there, not in Discord.

near is missing from my server

Use Get bot, pick the server, and approve Administrator. Then move near above the roles it has to manage.
