By inviting near to a Discord server or using near.rip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or website.
Service
near is a Discord bot and website at bot.swu.ng: music, moderation, voice rooms, verification, the dashboard, and related server tools. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or uninterrupted access. Live status is only on the status page.
Acceptable use
You may not use near to violate Discord Terms, harass others, spam, abuse APIs, exploit the bot, or run illegal activity. Server owners are responsible for how near is configured and used in their servers.
Data
near stores operational data needed to run features (guild settings, moderation cases, role bindings) in a local database. Do not store secrets in public channels.

near is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the bot, website, or related services.
