Your withdrawal right
If you buy near premium as a consumer and a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason. Email [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include the order ID or transaction reference so we can identify your purchase. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Creating an invoice or paying does not by itself waive your statutory withdrawal right. This checkout does not request a waiver for immediate digital delivery. Any exception or loss of a withdrawal right must meet the applicable legal requirements.
After withdrawal
Where a withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse payments owed to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We will use the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise without additional charges. Contact us to arrange any necessary cryptocurrency refund details. Never send a private key or seed phrase. Access granted under the withdrawn purchase will end.

Wenn Sie als Verbraucher near Premium kaufen und ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht besteht, können Sie den Vertrag innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Vertragsschluss ohne Angabe von Gründen widerrufen. Senden Sie eine eindeutige Erklärung an [email protected]. Zur Fristwahrung genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung. Bitte geben Sie Ihre Bestellnummer an. Die Zahlung allein stellt keinen Verzicht auf Ihr Widerrufsrecht dar.
Bei einem wirksamen Widerruf erstatten wir geschuldete Zahlungen unverzüglich, spätestens innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Eingang Ihres Widerrufs, mit demselben Zahlungsmittel, sofern nichts anderes ausdrücklich und ohne zusätzliche Kosten vereinbart wurde.
