Permanent hardban until an antinuke admin (or owner) lifts it with ,uhb. Manual Discord unbans are put back immediately and logged with who removed the ban. Rejoins are rebanned. Regular ,unban cannot clear a hardban. Superbans are stronger and need ,unsuperban.
