Status
/status is the bot process. You do not type a server ID.

You can tell if near is answering without opening Discord.
Examples on this site start with a comma. Your server can use a different prefix. Change it with `,prefix` or in Basics if you own the server.
Before you start
- Anyone can open /status. It does not dox small guilds.
Set it up
- Open the board. One shard card. It reads Operational, Slow, Down, or No recent sample. Latency is the typical command reply time. With no sample it reads n/a. Music is whether the player process is up, not your room.
- If it is down. Wait and refresh. Do not change guild settings to debug uptime. Support can see the same card.
Do not
- Do not paste a server ID into /status. There is no such field.
Troubleshooting
- If the card is Down, wait and refresh. Do not change guild settings to debug uptime.
- A Slow card means replies are taking longer than usual. Commands may still land.
Verify it works
- Open /status. Confirm you never see a server ID field.
