You can warn, mute, and read cases. Staff can work without Discord Administrator.

Point logs. Pick a staff channel. Bare logs only shows the current one. Point it, or run logs setup to create #all-logs. Cases need somewhere to land.

Mute path. On a new server, run setupmute so muted, image mute, reaction mute, jail, and the jail room exist. Skip this if those roles already work.

One staff grant. Staff do not need Ban Members on Discord. Grant a held role a staff key so they can warn and mute.
