The Discord owner edits the same settings on the web. Staff keep using Discord.
You will
You know who can edit the web settings and that a save is live.
Examples on this site start with a comma. Your server can use a different prefix. Change it with `,prefix` or in Basics if you own the server.
Before you start
- You own the Discord server.
- Sign in with that Discord account on this site.
Set it up
- Sign in. Open Dashboard. Approve Discord. The session stays on this browser. Another computer needs its own sign-in.
- Open the server. Configure is for the owner. If you only have Administrator, Mass DM may still be available. Settings are not.
- Save once. A save is the live bot. You do not set the same field in Discord and on the web. Pick one place per change.
Do not
- Do not expect staff with an empty Discord role to open server settings on the web.
- Do not paste tokens into the dashboard.
Troubleshooting
- If the server does not say Configure, you are not the Discord owner or you signed in with the wrong account.
- If near is missing from the list, invite it first, wait a few seconds, then refresh.
Verify it works
- Change a harmless setting, save, then run ,settings in Discord and confirm it matches.
