Panels live in Discord. This site does not fake a builder.
You will
A member can open a private ticket and staff can close it with a transcript.
Examples on this site start with a comma. Your server can use a different prefix. Change it with `,prefix` or in Basics if you own the server.
Before you start
- Support role ready. near can manage channels in the ticket category.
Set it up
- Create a panel. Name the panel. Add topics next. One topic is a button. Two or more is a select menu.

- Topics and staff. Add a label, optional description, category, and support role per topic. Then send the panel.

- Send. Post the panel in a public channel. Members open a private channel. Staff claim and close. Transcripts stay staff-only.

Do not
- Do not look for a ticket builder on this website. The panel is Discord only.
Troubleshooting
- If the panel does nothing, the bot cannot create channels or the panel message was deleted.
- If members cannot open, they cannot see the channel you sent the panel in.
Verify it works
- Open a ticket on an alt. Confirm only you and support can see it. Close it and confirm a transcript lands for staff.
