Chat burst limit. ,spam 1 20 deletes (and 1m mutes) if someone sends more than 1 message in 20 seconds. Staff / spam_bypass skip it.
Examples on this site start with a comma. Your server can use a different prefix. Change it with `,prefix` or in Basics if you own the server.

Notes
- After the 1m timeout, untimeout them and they can talk again. Messages are only deleted if they trip the burst again.
